StatBun is leaving user-based data behind and replacing it with a role-based model. Role-based permissions allow users to freely add and remove users from roles, preventing user lock-in of data and tools. This ensures, for example, seamless continuity of operations as users change and the management of the business over time.

A company can invite both internal and external stakeholders to use its StatBun account. Internal users can be owners, board members, managers or other staff. External stakeholder users can be, for example, accountants, auditors, financiers, consultants or other business partners. StatBun will also be an interaction channel and meeting point for these users.

StatBun is a platform that provides a wide range of data, engaging management tools and perspectives, customized by role, a marketplace for services and software and, in the future, a platform for interaction. Intuitive integration platform

At the bottom layer of StatBun is an intelligent and adaptive integration platform, which is the core of the whole platform. The data collected there can be used across the different functions of the company and at other levels of the platform. A wide range of business data can be brought into the integration platform; financial data, customer and product data, sales and marketing data, HR and health data, production data and much more.

Thanks to StatBun’s advanced data models, the data is very versatile and can be freely combined with all kinds of data to create new business insights. This data can then be used by all internal and external stakeholders, with the rights defined by the company, in all the tools provided by StatBun.

All software integrations are done directly from our marketplace in a click-to-run manner. We didn’t want any more lengthy deployment projects, so we built integrations to be up and running in minutes – less than a minute at best. In addition to StatBun’s ready-made and advanced data models, the platform is made highly capable of building new data models quickly.

Level 2 includes advanced management tools for business monitoring, planning, analysis, forecasting and strategy work. StatBun currently includes tools for enterprise wide reporting, HR reporting and budgeting, and in the future will also include tools for investment calculations, enterprise valuation, industry and competitor benchmarking, cash flow and profit forecasting.

Tools can be freely deployed from the platform according to the individual needs of each company, with appropriate permissions for different roles. Level 3 is the smart marketplace. It acts as a targeted channel for companies and their stakeholders to sell and buy services. The Marketplace provides a convenient way to learn about different software and service providers through demonstrations, reviews and experiences. The targeted offer view directly cleans out all irrelevant options. No time is wasted on searching in vain, and the time savings are considerable. In the future, it will even be possible to book appointments directly in the calendars of service providers.

Interaction channel

The fourth level is the level of cooperation between the company and its stakeholders. The different users are given a view, tailored to their role and needs, from which they can manage the platform and its services. For the first time, all stakeholders will be able to truly work together to promote the success of their business and even interact with each other, which will be something completely new.
